- Access to electronic resources, including databases, electronic books, journals, and videos
- Printing, copying, and scanning
- Research assistance via in-person consultations, online chat, phone, text or email
- Borrowing from other libraries via Interlibrary Loan

Head Librarian

Rachel Mulvihill has been selected as the Head Librarian of the UCF Downtown Library. Mulvihill has been a librarian at UCF for more than 17 years and has spent the last four years leading the Teaching and Engagement Department at the John C. Hitt Library. During her career she has focused on library instruction and information literacy, outreach and engagement, and serving online and distance learning students.
Rachel will provide leadership to the staff of the UCF Downtown library and be responsible for building relationships with faculty in the downtown academic programs.
Subject Librarians
Subject Librarians will remain based at the main campus, but they will travel downtown to meet with faculty and students as needed. Quick online and telephone support will continue to be provided by UCF’s Ask Us service.
